Mother Says Players Attacked Her Daughter

(CN) - Two high school football stars sexually assaulted a 16-year-old classmate inside dean of students' office during school hours, the mother of the alleged victim claims.

In a lawsuit filed in the Miami-Dade County circuit court, the plaintiff, identified as "Mother Doe," says her daughter was a high school sophomore at the defendant Keys Gate Charter School, when she became the focus of unwanted sexual attention from T.F. and R.G.

De describes the youths as popular football players who were given special privileges by the school faculty and administrators.

This treatment allegedly extended to their being allowed to wander the school's hallways, to skip classes, and to enter offices and restricted areas as they wished without supervision.

Doe says T.F. and R.G. often stalked her daughter, and repeatedly asked her for sex.

The daughter, identified as "Jane Doe" in the complaint, refused all of these advances, the mother says.

According to the complaint the sexual assault occurred on April 15, 2014, when the daughter, identified as "Jane Doe," was taking a bathroom break between classes.

"R.G. entered the restroom and yelled Jane's name. R.G. then opened the stall door, grabbed James by the arm and demanded sex," Doe said.

The girl's mothers says her daughter continued to resist, and R.G. pulled her daughter into the hallway, where he met his teammate T.F., who suggested taking Doe to the Dean of Students office.

"T.F. told R.G. that he was going to retrieve the keys to Charter School Dean of Students Jamaal Fairley's office from Jamaal Fairley himself. T.F. told R.G. to hold Jane while he went to retrieve the keys from Jamaal Fairley," the complaint says.

"While he was waiting for T.F. to return, R.G. took Jane to the boys locker room. R.G. pulled out his penis and told Jane to 'suck it," the complaint continues. "Jane was shocked, frightened and did not know how to react. R.G. forced his penis into Jane's mouth."

Once T.F. returned, the assault continued in the dean of student's office, the complaint says.

"In the office, T.F. and R.G. forced Jane to perform oral sex on them at the same time. The boys took turns receiving oral sex and at one point the two boys stuck their penises inside her mouth at the same time. R.G. and T.F. attempted to choke Jane by pushing their penises as far into her mouth as possible. R.G. and T.F. each ejaculated into Jane's mouth," the complaint says.

When the attack was over, the athletes allegedly to Jane not to tell anyone what they had done, "or they would sexually assault her again," the plaintiff says.

Mother Doe seeks compensatory damages for negligence and loss of consortium.

She is represented by Jeffrey Herman of Boca Raton, Fla.
