MILWAUKEE – The federal government claims Acacia Mental Health Clinic and its owner subjected patients to unnecessary drug testing to bilk the Wisconsin Medicaid program by filing false claims for inflated reimbursement.

The plaintiff is United States of America, and the defendants are Acacia Mental Health Clinic LLC and Abe Freund.
