Jailhouse Murder?

A woman says her blind, deaf and wheelchair-bound brother did not commit suicide in jail as the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation said, but was instead murdered by an inmate who shoved a cucumber, cloth, a baggie and finally the decedent’s own cane down his throat.
