A tech worker at a “large multinational bank,” led a two-year, $5 million inside-trading scheme, the SEC says in a federal complaint.

MANHATTAN — Daniel Rivas, a tech worker at a “large multinational bank,” led a two-year, $5 million inside-trading scheme, the SEC says in a federal complaint.

In addition to Rivas, the SEC takes aim at the following people over various amounts of money: James Moodhe ($2 million); Roberto Rodriguez and Rodolfo Sablon, of Florida ($2 million between them); Jhonatan Zoquier, of New Jersey ($30,000); Michael Siva ($880,000); Jeffrey Rogiers ($50,000).
