A federal judge pared down the attorneys’ fees that the Electronic Privacy Information Center can seek after prevailing in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit.

WASHINGTON – A federal judge pared down the attorneys’ fees that the Electronic Privacy Information Center can seek after prevailing in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit that sought records concerning the Defense Industrial Base Cyber Pilot, a cybersecurity pilot program jointly conducted by the U.S. Departments of Defense and Homeland Security.
