Fighting Sanctuary

The coastal enclave of Huntington Beach on Thursday became the latest Orange County city to sue the state of California over its sanctuary-state policies, specifically the one barring city police from cooperating with federal agents on immigration raids.

SANTA ANA, Calif. – The coastal enclave of Huntington Beach on Thursday became the latest Orange County city to sue the state of California over its sanctuary-state policies, specifically the one barring city police from cooperating with federal agents on immigration raids.

The city filed its lawsuit in Orange County Superior Court.
