A Tennessee man claims in court that Nashville-based newspaper The Tennessean falsely reported he stole thousands of dollars worth of drugs from an Ohio hospital.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A Tennessee man claims in court that Nashville-based newspaper The Tennessean falsely reported he stole thousands of dollars worth of drugs from an Ohio hospital. He says he was arrested for drug possession and theft, but the charges against him were dismissed.

The plaintiff is Richard Jamie Ruhl. The defendants are The Tennessean, Chris Smith and Dessisiava [sic] Yankova.
