SHERMAN, Texas – The FTC claims in a federal complaint that thousands of people received illegal collection letters, warning that arrest warrants have been issued for them. Named as defendants are American Municipal Services Corporation dba Warrant Enforcement Division dba Municipal Enforcement Division; Lawrence Bergman and Gregory Pitchford.
