CHICAGO – A class claims in a federal lawsuit that Church & Dwight Co. labeled its Vitafusion vitamin supplement as containing 400 mcg of folate per gummy, but it actually contains 1232 mcg of synthetic folate, which is potentially dangerous.

The lead plaintiff is David Chavez.
