Clock Boy

A Texas appeals court affirmed the dismissal of a defamation lawsuit brought by “clock boy” Ahmed Mohamed, the black Muslim teenager arrested for bringing a homemade clock to school that a teacher thought looked like a bomb, finding that he did not establish actual malice regarding statements made in the media about the incident.
