A man whose 2012 copyright infringement case against Jay Z was dismissed in September has now filed a similar suit in Minnesota federal court against Beyonce, claiming she used his "Original Roc Logo" in her "Drunk in Love" music video without permission.

MINNEAPOLIS – A man whose 2012 copyright infringement case against Jay Z was dismissed in September has now filed a similar suit in Minnesota federal court against Beyonce, claiming she used his "Original Roc Logo" in her "Drunk in Love" music video without permission.

The plaintiff is Dwayne D. Walker Jr., proceeding pro se.
