DETROIT – Consumers claim in a federal class-action lawsuit that Bridgestone, Yamashita Rubber Co. and others tried to control the market on anti-vibration rubber parts.
The named defendants are Bridgestone Corp., Bridgestone APM Co., Yamashita Rubber Co. Ltd., Yusa Corp. Sumitomo Riko Co. Ltd., DTR Industries Inc., Toyo Tire & Rubber Co. Ltd., Toyo Tire North America OE Sales LLC, and Toyo Automotive Parts (USA) Inc.
The plaintiffs are Jerry A. Anderson Sr., Laura L. Larue and Christopher A. Lee, on behalf of themselves and all others similarly situated.
