     MANHATTAN - Mariska Hargitay, who played Det. Benson for 12 years on "Law and Order: Special Victims Unit," says Williams Morris Endeavor Entertainment falsely claims she owes it 10 percent commission for 2 years of work - which came after she quit its predecessor, the William Morris Agency.

      RAVENNA, Ohio - Kent State University sued its former basketball coach Gene Ford, and Bradley University for $1.2 million, claiming Bradley tortiously interfered with Ford's contract to coach for Kent State through spring 2015.

      SANTA MONICA - Olympian Mark Spitz claims Gathering Storm Holding Co. and Arena USA fka Adidas S.A.R.L. used his name and image without permission to push Arena swimwear and accessories.

     WEST PALM BEACH - Adam Reinhardt claims his partner Caryn Pincus is paying herself, but not him, for working at LIJ Games, a company they co-founded to make a legal trivia board game, "Passing the Bar," to help players pass the Bar Exam.

     PHOENIX - Robert Daniel Hayes dba Mediation Services and Camerin C. Hawthorne dba Metropolis Loans and The Bankruptcy Store run or ran illegal "loan modification" scams, and falsely claimed affiliation with CitiMortgage, the Arizona attorney general says.

      FORT LAUDERDALE - "Jane Doe No. 6" claims the Henderson Mental Health Center knew or should have known that its "therapist/counselor" (nonparty) Mervin Span had a criminal history, and sexually abused her and other women.

      DETROIT - A topless dancer claims ABCDE Operating dba The Penthouse Club harassed and fired her for refusing to prostitute herself and commit other illegal acts.

      RIVERSIDE, Calif. - James Ayres, former mayor of San Jacinto, sued the Riverside County Economic Development Agency, which fired him after he was indicted on felony and misdemeanor charges of taking kickbacks from developers; Ayres says "the charges were politically motivated and [he] expects to be completely exonerated."

      BUFFALO, N.Y. - Two former employees of the Caledonia, N.Y., Post Office say their postmaster told them that their EEOC complaints of sexual discrimination "will be met with 'vengeance.'"
