     MEMPHIS - True Temper Sports says it's been using its "Dynamic" trademark to sell golf club shafts since the 1940s, and that it is the leading shaftmaker in the world, and now Dynamic Brands is using the same mark, in the same font, to sell its own golf equipment.

      WILMINGTON, Del. - Alterna'TV Corp. and a slew of affiliates, including Satelites Mexicanos, filed for bankruptcy, listing $442 million in assets and $532 million in debts.
