      MANHATTAN - The National Museum of Catholic Art and History fraudulently conveyed property to duck a $917,000 default judgment, Forest Electric claims in New York County Court.

RICO Fraud

     LOS ANGELES - Saint John's Health Center claims its former vice president of human resources, Victor Melendez, took $128,000 in bribes from co-defendant Lisa Taylor, to authorize "hundreds of thousands of dollars in payments" to Taylor's nursing companies "for services that were never rendered," in Superior Court.

Employment

     TRENTON, N.J. - A nurse sued Dr. Iradj Sharim and Capital Health System, claiming Sharim forcibly kissed her against her will, "attempted to put his tongue in [her] mouth and licked her face and glasses," constructively firing her.

Movie


     SANTA MONICA - Replyearth and the Department of Economic Development of the Isle of Man claim that First Look Studios acknowledges it owes them $800,000 in licensing and distribution fees for the movie "Relative Values," but hasn't paid it.

Liability

     CLAYTON, Mo. - Normandy Nursing Center employee Santonio McCoy raped and sodomized a disabled woman there, her guardian claims in St. Louis County Court.
