     Thirty-four plaintiffs say they or their decedents were killed or injured by taking the prescription drug Byetta for diabetes. They sued Amylin Pharmaceuticals and Eli Lilly in Los Angeles Superior Court.

     Three women say Corinthian Colleges denied them benefits and promotions because they rejected manager William DeFusco's sexual impositions, in Franklin County Court, Columbus, Ohio.
      U-Haul and its manager Alton Birchell allowed workers to strip, sexually assault and harass a naturalized U.S. citizen co-worker because he's from Iran, the man claims in Kansas City, Kan., Federal Court.
