24 Hour Fitness Gym Faces Class Action
OAKLAND (CN) - 24 Hour Fitness breached contract by creating new categories of gyms not available to all club members without expensive upgrades, closing older gyms and opening the new ones in the same neighborhoods, a class action claims in Alameda County Court.
