Attorney Says Internet Site Defamed Him
HACKENSACK, N.J. (CN) - Attorney Alexander Carmichael dba the League of American Patriots claims William White dba Overthrow.com defamed him in an Internet posting that accused Carmichael of involvement in a "pedophile cartel."
Carmichael filed the complaint pro se in Bergen County Court.
