     Stop & Shop sued Starbucks for breach of contract in Seattle Federal Court, in a quarrel over exclusivity rights involving Starbucks outlets in Stop & Shop grocery stores.

     Amazon.com and others are accused of illegally selling copyrighted videos of Evel Knievel. Also sued by The Legends Corp. in Seattle Federal Court are Kultur Films International, Dennis and Pearl Hedlund, White Star Entertainment, and Duke Videos.
