     The St. Clair County Commission's Superintendent of Roads Rick McKay sexually pawed and harassed a woman he supervised, and other women, and when she complained, McKay "threatened to kill everyone in her department," the woman says in a discrimination claim in Mobile Federal Court.
      
     Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Los Angeles Unified School District on behalf of bus drivers, Pinkerton Government Services, and Vortex Industries, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Ortho Mattress, in San Diego Federal Court; NCLN 20 Inc., in Fresno Superior Court; Wal-Mart Stores, in Montgomery, Ala., Federal Court; Best Western Country Inn, in Kansas City, Mo., Federal Court; Northeast Brooklyn Housing Development Corp., in Brooklyn Federal Court; and Mylos Inc., Biscayne Bay Restaurant Corp., Velocity Express, and TFC-RB LLC, in Miami Federal Court.
