A California appeals judge affirmed an order for San Diego prosecutors to disclose jury-selection notes from a trial where defendant Bryan Maurice Jones was convicted of murder, attempted murder and rape.

SAN DIEGO — A California appeals judge affirmed an order for San Diego prosecutors to disclose jury-selection notes from a trial where defendant Bryan Maurice Jones was convicted of murder, attempted murder and rape. Work-product privilege does not apply to the notes insofar as they relate to the prosecutor’s impressions of prospective jurors.
